1) がん患者または慢性閉塞性肺疾患、間質性肺疾患、慢性呼吸器疾患、慢性心不全のある患者であること
2) 呼吸困難を有すること
3) 2つ以上の介入方法を用いており、非薬物療法を含むこと

採用する研究デザインについては以下の通りとする
1) 介入研究、ランダム化比較試験、非ランダム化比較試験、前向き研究、観察研究

2. patients with respiratory distress.

3. patients must use two or more intervention methods, including non-pharmacological therapy.

The study design to be considered for inclusion is as follows:

1. Intervention studies, randomized controlled trials, non-randomized controlled trials, prospective studies, observational studies.

①検索方法：
呼吸困難を有する患者へ行われている複合介入にはどのようなものが組み合わせて行われているかを明らかにするために、網羅的に文献検索を行う。文献検索には、電子データベースである、医中誌Web版 ver.5、Cochrane Library、MEDLINEを用いて、2025年6月23日までの期間に報告された全ての文献について、「がん」「慢性閉塞性肺疾患」「間質性肺疾患」「慢性呼吸器疾患」「慢性心不全」「呼吸困難」「ランダム化比較試験」「介入研究」「非ランダム化比較試験」「前向き研究」「観察研究」をキーワードとして検索を行う予定である。

②スクリーニング方法：
2名の研究者がそれぞれ独立して、選定基準をもとに独立してスクリーニングを行い、採用論文を確定する。スクリーニングの評価が研究者間で異なる場合は、研究間の協議のもと採否を決定し、それでも意見が収束しない場合には、第3者との議論によって採否を決定する。

Data sources and search strategy
An exhaustive literature search was conducted to determine what combinations of complex interventions are being performed on patients with dyspnea. The electronic databases, Medical Journal Web Edition ver. 5, Cochrane Library, and MEDLINE, will be used for the literature search, and all literature reported through June 23, 2025, will be searched for "cancer", "chronic obstructive pulmonary disease", "interstitial lung disease", "chronic respiratory disease", "chronic heart failure" , "dyspnea", "randomized controlled trials", "intervention studies", "nonrandomized controlled trials", "prospective studies", and "observational studies" will be used as keywords in the search.

Selection of studies in included studies
Two review authors will independently check to ensure that studies meet the inclusion criteria. Any discrepancies in study selection will be resolved by discussion or discussion with a third author.
