本院ICUで持続経腸栄養を施行された重症患者を対象に、胃内栄養と幽門後栄養による投与経路の違いが血糖変動に与える影響を後方視的に比較する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

18歳以上の成人患者
ICU入室後にぺプタメンAFによる持続経腸栄養が開始され、72時間以上投与された患者
72時間以上、血糖値が一定間隔（4時間おき）で測定されている患者

Adult patients aged 18 years or older
Patients who received continuous enteral nutrition with Peptamen AF for more than 72 hours after ICU admission
Patients whose blood glucose levels were measured every 4 hours for at least 72 hours

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
TPN（静脈栄養）が併用されている患者
重度肝不全・糖尿病昏睡・ステロイド投与中など血糖に強く影響する治療中の患者
敗血症性ショックで低血糖が持続している患者

Patients receiving total parenteral nutrition (TPN)
Patients undergoing treatments that strongly affect blood glucose levels (e.g., severe hepatic failure, diabetic coma, high-dose steroid therapy)
Patients with persistent hypoglycemia due to septic shock
