マニピュレーション群では，頸神経根ブロック下のマニピュレーション実施後，リハビリテーションを実施する．対象者の状態に応じて，疼痛管理のため関節内注射またはハイドロリリースを実施する．

In the manipulation group, manipulation under ultrasound-guided cervical nerve root brock is performed, followed by rehabilitation therapy. intra-articular injections or ultarasound-guided hydrorelease are additionally performed when clinically indicated according to pain severity and range of motion limitation.

1)肩関節の可動域制限（屈曲＜120°，外転＜120°，外旋＜30°，内旋＜L5）に2方向以上の可動域制限を有する症例
2)肩関節の痛みが少なくとも1か月以上続いている症例

1)Case with two or more directions of restricted range of motion in the shoulder(flexion<120 degree, abduction<120 degree, external rotation<30 degree, internal rotation<L5)
2)Case with shoulder pain lasting for at least one month

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

手術適応の腱板断裂，石灰沈着性腱板炎，変形性肩関節症，肩の外傷後および手術後の患者

Patient with rotator cuff tears requiring surgery, calcific tendinitis, osteoarthritis of shoulder, and post surgical and post traumatic shoulder condition
