目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
末梢挿入型中心静脈カテーテル留置（PICC）やミッドドラインカテーテル留置の際の穿刺部位として、上腕の尺側皮静脈、上腕静脈、橈側皮静脈の順に選択される。しかし、この部位の静脈に関する日本人データがない。本研究においては、健康成人の各静脈の深さ及び静脈径に関してデータを取得することを目的とする。

The venous access sites for peripheral inserted central catheterization and midline catheter are selected in the order of basilic vein, brachial vein, and cephalic vein. However, there has not been certain anatomical data about these vein in Japanese. The purpose of this study is to acquire the depth from the skin and the diameter of these veins in healthy volunteers

腋窩と両側上腕骨上窩までの距離を3等分したうちの遠位側3分の1の地点A、真ん中の地点B、近位側3分の1の地点Cにおける上腕部の尺側皮静脈、橈側皮静脈、上腕静脈の静脈径

The medial upper arm is divided by three zones. The primary outcome is the venous diameters of basilic vein, brachial vein and cephalic vein in the distal portion, the middle portion and the proximal portion.
