本スコーピングレビューでは、以下のフレームワーク（PCC）と研究デザインの条件を満たした研究を対象とする。
・P-Population（対象）： 看護師養成機関卒業後12か月以内の看護師
・C-Concept（概念）： 新卒看護師を対象として特化して設計されたメンタルヘルス支援プログラムおよびメンタルヘルスに関する教育プログラム
・C-Context（文脈）： 世界各国の病院における実施
・研究デザイン：量的研究および混合研究法研究（2014年1月から2024年7月に英語または日本語で発表されたもの）

This scoping review will include studies that meet the following framework (PCC) and study design criteria.
-Population: Nurses within 12 months of graduation from a nursing training school
-Concept: Mental health support and educational programs specifically designed for New graduate nurses(NGNs)
-Context: Hospital settings globally
-Study Design: Quantitative studies and mixed methods studies published between January 2014 and July 2024 in English or Japanese

除外基準は以下とする：質的研究、症例研究、横断研究、レビュー研究、討論論文、症例報告、解説、社説、専門家意見。

The exclusion criteria are as follows: qualitative studies, case studies, cross-sectional studies, review studies, discussion papers, case reports, commentaries, editorials, and expert opinions.

本スコーピングレビューは、PRISMA-ScRガイドライン（Tricco et al., 2018）およびJoanna Briggs Institute Evidence Synthesis Manual（Peters et al., 2020）に従って実施する。レビューは方法論的フレームワークの5つのステップ（Arksey & O'Malley, 2005）に構造化する。
検索は、PubMed、EMBASE、The Cochrane Library、CINAHL PLUS、および医中誌Webを用いて実施する。キーワードには、英語で"new graduate* nurse*"、"newly graduate* nurse*"、"fresh nurse*"、"nurse residency program"、"stress management"、"mental health"、"Self-Care"を含み、日本語では対応する用語を使用する。
独立した査読者がRayyan（Ouzzani et al., 2016）を用いてタイトルと抄録をスクリーニングし、その後全文評価を行う。データ抽出では、出版詳細、研究特性、方法論、主要な知見を収集する。結果は研究疑問に従って記述的に統合する。相違点については議論し、合意により解決する。この情報はPRISMAフロー図（Tricco et al., 2018）に基づいて報告する。

This scoping review follows the PRISMA-ScR guidelines (Tricco et al., 2018) and Joanna Briggs Institute Manual for Evidence Synthesis (Peters et al., 2020). The review was structured into five steps of a methodological framework (Arksey & O'Malley, 2005):
The searches were conducted using PubMed, EMBASE, The Cochrane Library, CINAHL PLUS, and Ichushi-Web in July 2024. Key terms included "new graduate* nurse*", "newly graduate* nurse*", "fresh nurse*", "nurse residency program", "stress management", "mental health", and "Self-Care" in English, with equivalent terms in Japanese.
The independent reviewers screened titles and abstracts using Rayyan (Ouzzani et al., 2016), followed by full-text assessment. Data charting captured publication details, study characteristics, methodologies, and key findings. Results were synthesized narratively according to the research questions. Discrepancies were discussed and resolved through consensus. This information was reported based on the PRISMA flow diagram (Tricco et al., 2018).
