ICにより医師にALSと診断された患者、会話やその他の伝達手段でインタビューが可能であると紹介者が判断した方、重症度分類における重症度2から4の方

Patients diagnosed with ALS by an IC, those who the referrer determines can be interviewed through conversation or other means of communication, and those classified as severity levels 2 to 4 in the severity classification.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
精神・心理的に1時間程度のインタビューが困難であると紹介者が判断した方、日本語によるコミュニケーションが困難な方

Those whom the referrer judges to be mentally or psychologically difficult to interview for about one hour, or those who have difficulty in communicating in Japanese.

他者に病気のことを伝えることは難しいと感じたことはあるか。感じた経験がある場合、誰に、どのようなことを伝えるのが、なぜ難しいと感じたか
話し合いは継続的に行われたか、なぜ継続的に話しあえたか
意思表示できなくなった時に向けて、誰に何を伝えたい、または何かを伝えたか

What to expect after being diagnosed with ALS
Discussions about what kind of life and medical care you would like to receive based on what is important to you and your life goals since diagnosis
What and with whom and when were these discussions held?
How you perceived your experience with ALS at that time
What did you think about your life after being diagnosed with ALS based on your knowledge of the disease?
Have you ever found it difficult to tell others about your disease? If so, who did you find it difficult to tell and why?
Were discussions ongoing and why were they ongoing?
What or who did you want to tell in preparation for the time when you are no longer able to express your feelings
