1．研究デザイン
観察的横断研究（observational cross-sectional study）。

2．募集方法
調査実施期間（2025年6月-12月を予定）に、医療法人グループに属する複数の施設に勤務する理学療法士を対象に、各施設のリハビリテーション部門等の責任者を通じて研究の趣旨を説明し、研究参加者を募集する。

3．調査項目
（１）Evidence-Based Practice Questionnaire: Japanese version(EBPQ-J)
Uptonら（2006）によって開発されたEBPQの日本語版として、Tomotakiら（2018）により翻訳・作成された質問紙であり、科学的根拠に基づく実践に関する知識・態度・能力を評価する。

（２）対象者の属性情報
年齢、学歴、認定資格、科学的根拠に基づく実践（EBP）に関する学習経験など。

1. Study Design
An observational cross-sectional study.

2. Recruitment Method
During the planned survey period (June to December 2025), physical therapists working at multiple facilities within a medical corporation group will be recruited. The purpose of the study will be explained through the supervisors of the rehabilitation departments or equivalent units at each facility.

3. Survey Items
(1) Evidence-Based Practice Questionnaire: Japanese version (EBPQ-J)
A questionnaire developed by Tomotaki et al. (2018) as the Japanese version of the EBPQ originally created by Upton et al. (2006). It evaluates knowledge, attitudes, and competencies related to evidence-based practice (EBP).

(2) Participant Characteristics
Age, educational background, certifications, and learning experience related to evidence-based practice (EBP), among others.
