リクルートプロセス
1）通いの場の責任者に対し，依頼文書を用いて説明を行い，同意書への自筆の署名を以って確認する．
2）通いの場の会場において，募集チラシを掲示していただき，自主的な研究参加の申し出により参加を受け付ける．
3）申し出のあった研究対象者に対し，研究責任者及び研究協力者から連絡を行い，説明文書と同意書，同意撤回書を提示し説明を行い，強制力が作用しないよう配慮する．
4）研究協力の同意取得は，説明日翌日以降に対象者が自主的に研究責任者あるいは研究協力者に申し出るよう依頼し，同意書への自筆の署名を以って確認する．
研究方法
1. 研究デザイン
本研究は，OSA並びにOSA-SFについて，外的基準となる評価方法の数値との比較からMICを検出する調査研究である．
2. 調査方法
MICの算出は，Anchor-based methodを用いて行う．本研究では，外的基準としてTransition Indexを使用し，OSAとOSA-SFで特定された活動について，「それぞれの活動を行う上で感じていた困難さはどの程度変化しましたか？」という問いを7件法で測定する．
3. データ解析収集
データは2時点で測定を行う．初回測定後にはOSA，OSA-SFの採点を実施し，通常の通いの場のプログラムに従い活動・参加に関する講義やワークショップが開催された後，2ヶ月後に再測定を実施する．研究責任者はプログラムに関与せず，本研究ではプログラム実施前後でのデータ収集を行うのみである．また，OSA，OSA-SFとTransition Indexの外的基準以外に，基本情報とDASC-21を収集する．

5. データ解析
OSA，OSA-SFの意味のある効果があった群（改善群）と変化がなかった群（不変群）を区分するカットオフ値をMICとする．そのため，悪化群のデータは解析から除外する．OSA並びにOSA-SFの測定結果の変化量を説明変数，Transition Index結果を二値変数（改善群／不変群）として算出する．MIC検出のための手法として，予測モデリング法を採用し，改善群と不変群の人数比が50:50にならない場合は，人数比を調整する計算式を適応する．

Recruitment Process
1) Site managers will be informed of the study using a request letter, and written consent will be obtained with a handwritten signature.
2) Posters will be displayed at the site, and participants will be accepted based on voluntary sign-up.
3) The research team will contact interested individuals, explain the study using the information sheet, consent form, and withdrawal form, and ensure voluntary participation.
4) Consent will be obtained after at least one day, confirmed by handwritten signature.
Research Methods
1. Study Design
This study aims to identify the Minimal Important Change (MIC) in the Japanese versions of the OSA and OSA-SF using an anchor-based method.
2. Anchor Method
The Transition Index will serve as the anchor, asking participants to rate changes in activity difficulty on a 7-point scale.
3. Data Collection
Assessments will be conducted at two time points: baseline and two months later. The research team will not intervene in the site programs. Demographics and DASC-21 will also be collected.
4. Measures
Baseline: OSA, OSA-SF, demographics, DASC-21
Follow-up: OSA, OSA-SF, Transition Index, DASC-21
5. Data Analysis
Participants will be grouped as improved or unchanged based on the Transition Index; deteriorated cases will be excluded. Change scores in OSA and OSA-SF will be predictors in logistic regression. MIC will be estimated using ROC analysis and the Youden index. Group imbalance will be adjusted using a correction formula.
