本研究の目的は，幼児への適応を見据え内受容感覚の評価における重量感覚検査の有用性について，健康な大学生を対象に明らかにすることである．そのために，本研究では心拍変動バイオフィードバック実施前後の重量感覚検査成績の変化を検証する．

The aim of this study is to clarify the utility of the heaviness perception test in assessing interoception, with a view to its future application in young children. To achieve this, we will examine changes in test performance before and after heart rate variability biofeedback (HRVB) intervention in healthy university students.

心拍変動バイオフィードバック（HRVB）：HRVBは心拍のゆらぎ情報（心拍変動）をフィードバックしてこれを増大させるように導く技法で，おおむね10秒（0.1Hz）の長さのペースで呼吸を行う．介入は1回のみで，1回20分である．

Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback (HRVB): HRVB is a technique that provides feedback on heart rate variability (HRV) and guides individuals to enhance this variability. It generally involves breathing at a paced rhythm of approximately 10 seconds per cycle (0.1 Hz). The intervention will be conducted only once and will last for 20 minutes.

通常呼吸（コントロール）：0.25Hzの周波数でペース呼吸を行う条件では，ペースメーカにより2秒呼気，2秒吸気とする．

Normal Breathing (Control): In the condition involving paced breathing at a frequency of 0.25 Hz, a pacemaker guides participants to inhale for 2 seconds and exhale for 2 seconds.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

選定する基準は，研究当日，上肢の運動器・呼吸器・循環器疾患に罹患していないこと，薬を内服していないこととする．

The inclusion criteria are that, on the day of the study, participants have no musculoskeletal, respiratory, or cardiovascular disorders affecting the upper limbs and are not taking any medications.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
