1. CPAP療法の治療データ（使用時間・４時間以上使用した日の日数の割合)を、郵送もしくは電子メールでフィードバックする。

1. Feedback on CPAP therapy treatment data (usage time and the proportion of days with at least 4 hours of use) will be provided to the participants by mail or email.

介入2/Interventions/Control_2

1. CPAP療法の治療データ（使用時間・４時間以上使用した日の日数の割合)を、郵送もしくは電子メールでフィードバックする。
2. 同時に、研究参加者全体のCPAP療法の治療データを集計し、各参加者ごとに治療アドヒアランスに基づいた順位を決定し、その結果もフィードバックする

1.Feedback on CPAP therapy treatment data (i.e. usage time and the proportion of days with at least 4 hours of use) will be provided to participants by mail or email.

2.At the same time, the CPAP therapy treatment data of all study participants will be analyzed to show the distribution of usage times. Furthermore, each participant's ranking based on their treatment adherence will be determined, and feedback on these results will also be provided.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 本邦の公的健康保険の適応(睡眠ポリグラフィ―検査でAHI20/h以上 もしくは　簡易検査で　REI40/h以上) に沿ってSASが診断されCPAP療法が開始されている
2. CPAP療法継続のために、外来を定期的に受診している
3. CPAP遠隔モニタリングシステムが導入され3か月以上が経過し、研究者がオンラインでCPAPアドヒアランスを確認できる。

1. CPAP was implemented based on the requirements for CPAP treatment under Japanese governmental health insurance (apnea hypopnea index(AHI) was more than or equal to 20/h by polysomnography or respiratory event index was more than or equal to 40/h by portable monitoring device at SAS diagnosis)
2. Patients who regularly visit the clinic to continue CPAP therapy.
3. At least three months have passed since the introduction of the CPAP telemonitoring system, and researchers can check CPAP adherence online.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
A) 治療アドヒアランスが十分に良好であり、改善させる必要が乏しい。(過去3か月において、1日あたり4時間以上使用している日数の割合が90%以上であり、かつ使用時間の1日平均が7時間を超える場合。)
B) 過去3カ月にわたって、全くCPAPの使用歴がない (出張や家族の介護など何らかの社会的理由によりCPAPを使用できない状況にあり、本介入によるアドヒアランスの改善が期待できないと予想される)
C) 週に２回以上の夜間の勤務がある。

(A) Treatment adherence is already sufficiently good and there is little need for improvement. (Specifically, if during the past three months, the proportion of days with usage of at least 4 hours per day is 90% or higher, and the average daily usage time exceeds 7 hours.)

(B) No CPAP usage at all during the past three months (Due to certain social reasons such as business trips or caring for family members, the patient has been unable to use CPAP and improvement in adherence through this intervention is not expected.)

(C) Working night shifts more than twice a week.
