歩行神経筋電気刺激装置L300Goを用いて、6～12歳の脳性麻痺児に対し、病院内および自宅での歩行練習を行う。装着前後に歩行機能（歩行速度・ステップ長・対称性）を評価する。

Functional gait training using the L300Go functional electrical stimulation device will be provided to children with cerebral palsy (ages 6-12) in both hospital and home settings. Gait function will be assessed before and after the intervention, including walking speed, step length, and gait symmetry.

6～12歳の脳性麻痺児
GMFCSレベルⅠまたはⅡ
視力障害および知的障害を認めない
東部療育センターでL300Goによる歩行練習を受ける者
同意・アセント取得が可能な者
英語
Children aged 6-12 years diagnosed with cerebral palsy
Classified as GMFCS Level I or II
Without visual or intellectual impairment
Receiving gait training with the L300Go at Tobu Ryoiku Center
Able to provide informed consent and assent
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
骨折直後など歩行困難な状態にある者
てんかん発作の頻度が高く歩行訓練が困難な者
L300Go装着により皮膚トラブル等が発生する可能性のある者

Difficulty walking due to recent fractures, etc.
High frequency of epileptic seizures that may interfere with gait training
Risk of skin complications from using the L300Go
