内視鏡のレポートやカルテの情報を使用し、統計解析を行います。大腸癌が発生する部位によって、患者さんの年齢層や性別が異なるのか、どのような病理的特徴を持っているのかを検討します。

We will perform statistical analyses using information from endoscopic reports and medical records. This study aims to investigate whether patient characteristics such as age and sex differ depending on the location of colorectal cancer, and to examine the associated pathological features.

選択基準：
1. 2021年4月1日より2022年12月31日までに昭和大学横浜市北部病院消化器センターで大腸内視鏡を施行された患者
2. 本研究に対する拒否の意思表示がない患者
3. 検査時に20歳以上である患者

Inclusion Criteria:
1. Patients who underwent colonoscopy at the Gastroenterology Center of Showa University Northern Yokohama Hospital between April 1, 2021, and December 31, 2022.

2. Patients who did not express a refusal to participate in this study.

3. Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of the examination.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
リンチ症候群、炎症性腸疾患、他の組織型の大腸癌の患者、または経肛門的内視鏡下マイクロサージェリー(TEM)を受けた患者は除外された。

Patients with other types of colorectal cancer, Lynch syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, or those who had undergone transanal endoscopic microsurgery were excluded.

研究デザイン：既存の情報を用いた後方視的研究
2001 年 4 月 1 日から 2022 年 12 月 31 日までに昭和大学横浜市北部病院消化器センターで大腸内視鏡検査受けた患者さんの内視鏡情報を使用する。
研究予定期間は昭和大における人を対象とする研究等に関する倫理委員会承認後、昭和大学学長による研究実施許可を得てから 2027 年 3 月 31 日まで。

Study Design:
This is a retrospective study using existing data.

Endoscopic data will be collected from patients who underwent colonoscopy at the Gastroenterology Center of Showa Medical University Northern Yokohama Hospital between April 1, 2001, and December 31, 2022.

The planned study period is from the date of approval by the Ethics Committee for Research Involving Human Subjects at Showa Medical University and subsequent permission from the President of Showa University, until March 31, 2027.
