1.本研究の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け､同意能力があり､十分に理解した上で自由意思により志願し、参加に同意した方
2.同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上65歳未満の日本人（日本国籍を有する方）
3.スクリーニング時の排便回数が週3～5回の方

1.Persons who received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and contents of the research, have the capacity to consent, applied with free will with sufficient understanding, and agreed to participate in the research
2.Japanese (who have Japanese nationality) aged 18 to 64 at the time of obtaining consent
3.Persons who have defecation frequency of 3-5 times a week at screening

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.慢性疾患を有し薬物治療を受けている方、重篤な疾患既往歴がある方
2.試験食品にアレルギー等を有する方
3.穀物由来等の食物繊維を普段から多量に摂取している方
4.腸内環境に影響する可能性のある医薬品、保健機能食品（特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品および栄養機能食品）、サプリメントなどを常用している方
5.慢性便秘症または慢性下痢症の方
6.BMIが18.5 kg/m2未満または30.0 kg/m2以上の方
7.研究開始前1ヶ月間に、他の研究に参加した方、あるいは本研究同意後に他の研究に参加する予定のある方
8.研究統括医師及び研究代表者の判断により不適格と判断した方
9.授乳中の方、妊娠している方、研究期間中に妊娠の予定、希望がある方

1.Persons who have chronic illness, receiving medication, have a serious disease history
2.Persons who are allergic to the test food
3.Persons who regularly take a large amount of dietary fiber
4.Persons who regularly take medicines, health foods (food for specified health use, food with functional claims, food with nutrient function claims), supplements etc. that may affect the intestinal environment
5.Persons who have chronic constipation or chronic diarrhea
6.Persons who have a BMI below 18.5 kg/m2 or 30.0 kg/m2 and above
7.Persons who have participated in other research during one month prior to the start of this research, or plan to participate in other research after consenting to this research.
8.Persons who are judged to be ineligible by the supervising doctor or the principal investigator
9.Persons who are lactating, pregnant, or planning or wishing to become pregnant during the research period
