目的/Objectives

日本語
本研究は，日本福祉大学と南知多病院が共同で，同職種内および多職種連携について研究を行い，研修プログラムのツール開発の一助とすることを目的とする．日本福祉大学の看護学部（精神看護学），健康科学部（作業療法学専攻），社会福祉学部と協働し，多職種連携の強化を目的とした研修会を実施しする．その結果,同職種内と多職種連携の効果を検証する．さらに多職種連携モデルによるケアを提案し,サービスの向上を目指す．
本研究は、みどりの風南知多病院の協力のもと、日本福祉大学の研究者が主たる実施者として行われ、職員の積極的な協力により、研究の実施体制が強化され、より信頼性の高いデータ収集と分析が可能となる．
2024年4月にみどりの風南知多病院で医療過誤が発生し,ヒューマンエラーを引き起こした可能性が明らかとなった．この問題の原因は,職種間の定められた業務手続きのみならず,職場文化や縦割り構造,同じ職種間および異なる職種間の関係の影響も考えられる．
そこで，本研究では,職員全員に基本情報調査票と同職種と多職種の連携尺度である,Team Climate Inventory (以下,TCI)とReadiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale Professional Version (以下,RIPLS)を実施する．
研修参加者は,研修前後にVisual Analogue Scale（以下,VAS）の実施と部署内への申し送りを行う．これにより，同職種内と多職種での連携を強化することでの教育効果を検証する．これらのデータにより,今後の研修プログラムの改善と発展を図ることで,精神医療福祉分野の持続的発展の一助になると考える．
