65歳以上の骨折患者で、2024年3月から2025年3月の期間に当院回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院した患者
脳卒中の既往、四肢欠損、急性期転院または死亡退院の患者は除外
データ欠損のない患者

本研究は、2024年3月から2025年3月の間に当院回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院した65歳以上の骨折患者を対象とした後ろ向きコホート研究です。電子カルテ等に記録された既存の臨床データを用いており、介入は行わず、栄養状態とADL改善度（FIM-M effectiveness）の関連を検討しました。

This study is a retrospective cohort study involving patients aged 65 years and older who were admitted to the convalescent rehabilitation ward of our hospital between March 2024 and March 2025. The study utilized existing clinical data recorded in electronic medical records. No interventions were performed, and the relationship between nutritional status and improvement in ADL (measured by FIM-M effectiveness) was examined.
