通所サービス（デイサービス、デイケア）を利用している要介護高齢者を対象とし、口腔機能向上プログラムの導入を行い、口腔機能低下症の改善および全身の運動機能への影響を検討する。

通所サービス利用時に、30分程度の口腔機能向上のためのプログラムに取り組む。介入の回数は週2回、8週間（計16回）とする。

Participants will engage in a 30-minute oral function improvement program during their use of day services. The intervention will be conducted twice a week for eight weeks, totaling 16 sessions.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下の基準をすべて満たす患者を対象とする。
1. 要介護１、2または要支援1、2の認定を受け、通所サービスを週2回以上利用している者
2. 65歳以上の男女
3. 口腔機能低下症の診断を受けた者
4. 文書による同意が得られた者

Participants will be selected based on the following inclusion criteria:
1. Individuals certified as requiring support level 1 or 2, or care level 1 or 2, who use day services at least twice a week
2. Men and women aged 65 years or older
3. Individuals diagnosed with oral hypofunction
4. Individuals who have provided written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下のうちひとつでも該当する場合は対象から除外する。
1. 顎口腔機能に障害を有するものまたはその治療中である者。
2. 介入期間に口腔機能に影響を与えうる歯の治療が必要と診断された者。
3．認知症の診断を受けた者。
4. ペースメーカーや義手、義足装着等インピーダンス法による体組成計測ができない者。
5．食事の経口摂取を行っていない者。
6. 介入期間の前後に実施する事前検査と事後検査に参加できない者。
7. その他、試験担当歯科医師が不適当と判断した者

Participants will be excluded from the study if any of the following criteria apply:
1. Individuals with disorders of the jaw or oral function, or those currently undergoing treatment for such conditions
2. Individuals diagnosed as requiring dental treatment that may affect oral function during the intervention period
3. Individuals diagnosed with dementia
4. Individuals who cannot undergo body composition measurement using bioelectrical impedance analysis due to the presence of a pacemaker, prosthetic limb(s), or similar devices
5. Individuals who do not consume food orally
6. Individuals who are unable to participate in the pre- and post-intervention assessments
7. Any other individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the study dentist
