選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上49歳未満の日本人男性
2. 1日3食摂取する習慣がある者
3. 事前検査時の体重が70 ㎏±2.5 ㎏の者
4. 当研究について十分な説明を受け、内容を理解することができ、本人による文書同意が得られる者

1. Japanese men aged 20 to below 49 years at the time of consent acquisition.
2. Individuals who have a habit of consuming three meals per day.
3. Individuals whose body weight at the screening examination is 70 kg with a tolerance of plus or minus 2.5 kg.
4. Individuals who are able to give informed consent to participate in this study after receiving a detailed explanation of the protocol and understanding its contents.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.同意取得1ヶ月前から体重が5 kg以上変動した自覚がある者
2. アルコール多飲者
3. たんぱく質及びアミノ酸代謝に影響のある疾患（糖尿病、がん、肝疾患、腎疾患、HIV等）に罹患している者
4. 心臓、肝臓、腎臓、消化器等に重篤な疾患の既往歴および現病歴がある者
5. 医薬品および食物にアレルギーがある者
6. 当研究開始1ヶ月前から成分献血あるいは全血200 mL献血を行った者
7. 当研究開始3ヶ月前から全血400 mL献血を行った者
8. 当研究開始12ヶ月前からの採血量に、当研究の予定総採血量を加えると1200 mLを超える者
9. 研究責任医師または研究分担医師が本研究への参加が不適当と判断した者

1. Individuals who are aware of a weight change of more than 5 kg in the month prior to obtaining consent.
2. Individuals with excessive alcohol intake.
3. Individuals suffering from diseases that affect protein and amino acid metabolism, such as diabetes, cancer, liver disease, kidney disease, HIV, etc.
4. Individuals with previous and/or current medical history of serious diseases in heart, liver, kidney and/or digestive organs.
5. Individuals with allergies to medications and/or food.
6. Individuals who donated blood or component (200 mL) within the last 1 months.
7. Individuals who donated blood (400 mL) within the last 3 months.
8. Individuals who being collected in total of blood (1200 mL) within the last 12 months and in this study.
9. Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation in the trial by the principal investigator or sub-investigator.
