選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 当院で全身麻酔手術を予定しており、かつ口腔外科の周術期口腔管理を受けた者
2. 同意取得時において年齢が65歳以上の者（性別は問わない）
3. 本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者

1. who are scheduled to undergo general anesthesia surgery at this hospital and have undergone perioperative oral management by an oral surgeon
2. who are 65 years of age or older at the time of consent (regardless of gender)
3. who have received a full explanation of the participation in this study, and who have given written consent of their own free will based on full understanding
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1） 中枢性の睡眠障害を有する患者
2） 認知症を有する患者
3） 研究の同意を得られない患者
4） その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者

(2) Patients with dementia
(3) Patients who cannot give consent for the research
(4) Other patients deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator
