選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
1.糖尿病と診断されていない者。
2.20歳以上。
3.本臨床研究の参加について、本人の自由意志による文書同意を得られている者。

1. Not diagnosed with diabetes mellitus.
2. 20 years of age or older.
3. Have given their free and voluntary written consent to participate in this clinical research.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1.糖代謝に影響を与える薬剤（ステロイド、免疫抑制薬、β遮断薬）を服用している者。
2.腎臓、尿管、膀胱、尿道のいずれかに悪性腫瘍の既往がある者。
3.内分泌疾患の既往のある者。
4.妊娠中、あるいは、妊娠の可能性がある者。
5.授乳中である者。
6.試験薬（トレーランG液 75g）に対する過敏症の既往が判明している者。
7.その他、研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した場合。

1.Those taking drugs that affect glucose metabolism (steroids, immunosuppressants, beta-blockers).
2.Those with a history of malignancy of the kidney, ureter, bladder, or urethra.
3.Those with a history of endocrine disorders.
4.Pregnant or possibly pregnant.
5.Lactating mothers.
6.Known hypersensitivity to the study drug (Traylan G Solution 75g).
7.Any other cases in which the principal investigator determines that the subject is not suitable for the study.
