日本語
脊椎超音波ナビゲーションシステムを参考に用いることで、通常の脊椎超音波を使用した場合と比較して脊髄幹麻酔の技術が向上するか、つまり脊髄幹麻酔穿刺の成功率が向上するかどうかを検討する。当センターにおける主に後期研修医や産科麻酔科フェローの脊髄幹麻酔穿刺の成績を比較する。ナビゲーションシステムの使用により脊椎超音波の経験の浅い医師においても脊髄幹麻酔穿刺技術が向上することが観察できれば、脊椎超音波の教育資源の少ない環境においても、ナビゲーションシステムを使用することで効果的に脊椎超音波を行い、安全に脊髄幹麻酔ができるようになる可能性が示唆される。

This study aims to evaluate whether the use of a spinal ultrasound navigation system, as an adjunct to standard spinal ultrasound, enhances the technical performance of spinal anesthesia specifically, whether it improves the success rate of spinal puncture. We will compare the spinal anesthesia performance of senior residents and obstetric anesthesiology fellows at our center. If the navigation system proves to improve puncture success even among physicians with limited ultrasound experience, it may suggest that the system enables effective and safe spinal anesthesia in settings with limited access to ultrasound training resources.

Patients aged 18 years or older undergoing elective cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
・緊急手術、脊椎手術歴、皮膚障害などで超音波困難な症例
・胸部硬膜外を要する症例
・BMI≧40など座位が必要な高度肥満
・脊椎超音波施行者が産科麻酔研修者以外となった症例
