合計127名が登録され、そのうち107名がフォローアップを完了した。産後1か月時点では、リーフレット群と比較して、運動群においてODIスコアが低値であった(平均差5.4、95%信頼区間3.3-7.6)。同様に、運動+骨盤ベルト群においてもODIスコアの低下が認められた(平均差4.9、95%信頼区間2.6-7.2)。産後3か月時点では、群間に明確な差は認められなかった。

A total of 127 participants were enrolled; 107 completed follow-up. At 1 month postpartum, lower ODI scores were observed in the exercise group (mean difference 5.4; 95% CI 3.3 to 7.6), and similarly in the exercise plus belt group (mean difference 4.9; 95% CI 2.6 to 7.2), compared with the leaflet group. At 3 months postpartum, no clear between-group differences were observed.

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics

参加者の人口学的、産科的および臨床的背景は、3群間で概ね同様であった。一方で、母体年齢、分娩時週数、分娩様式、硬膜外麻酔使用、会陰裂傷の程度、および帝王切開皮膚切開方向などの分娩関連因子において、数値上の差がみられた。

Demographic, obstetric, and clinical characteristics across the three study groups are presented for reference. Some numerical differences were observed in maternal age and delivery-related characteristics, including gestational age at delivery, mode of delivery, epidural analgesia use, degree of perineal laceration, and direction of caesarean skin incision.
参加者の流れ/Participant flow

4施設において、妊娠28週以降の妊婦228名が適格性評価を受けた。そのうち101名が除外され、内訳は腰痛または骨盤痛を有しなかった者が80名、同意撤回等によるものが21名であった。
妊娠関連腰痛または骨盤痛を有する127名が登録され、施設単位の割付により3群に配分された。産後1か月時点で119名、産後3か月時点で107名の追跡データが得られ、107名が解析対象集団を構成した。

A total of 228 pregnant women at 28 weeks or later gestation were assessed for eligibility across four participating sites. Of these, 101 were excluded: 80 did not report low back pain or pelvic girdle pain, and 21 withdrew. A total of 127 women with PLBP/PPGP were enrolled and allocated to one of three intervention groups according to site-level assignment. By 1 month postpartum, follow-up data were obtained for 119 participants. At 3 months postpartum, outcome data were available for 107 participants, who constituted the full analysis set.
