1. Pregnant women at 28 weeks of gestation or later
2. Presence of low back pain or pelvic pain
3. Aged 18 years or older

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)運動禁忌症
(2)腰椎または骨盤の骨折歴または手術歴がある
(3)ベルトに対する過敏症がある
(4)双胎妊娠
(5)産後に子宮全摘または子宮動脈塞栓術を要した
(6)精神疾患合併

2. History of lumbar spine or pelvic fracture or surgery
3. Hypersensitivity to the pelvic belt
4. Twin pregnancy
5. Requirement for postpartum hysterectomy or uterine artery embolization
