食道癌手術における胃管再建時に、Stryker社の光源装置内蔵ビデオプロセッサーとSPY PHIを用いて胃管および残食道壁のインドシアニングリーンが励起する蛍光を可視化し、SPY-QP蛍光評価ソフトウェアシステムを用いて定量的な血流評価を行った患者の縫合不全の発生率を評価する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
1) 食道扁平上皮癌であることが組織学的に診断されている。
2) 予定術式が右胸腔アプローチ（胸腔鏡下またはロボット支援下）による食
道亜全摘術、胃管再建である。
3) 登録日の年齢が18歳以上である。
4) 性別は問わない。
5) PSはECOGの基準で0または1である。
6) 登録前28日以内の最新の検査値（登録日の4週間前の同一曜日は可）が
以下すべてを満たす。
① 好中球数 ≧ 1,500/mm3
② 血小板数 ≧ 7.5×104 /mm3
③ ヘモグロビン ≧ 9.0 g/dL
④ クレアチニン：正常値上限の1.5倍以下またはCCr ＞ 50 mL/min（Cockcroft-Gault式）
⑤ AST/ALT：正常値上限の3倍以下
⑥ 総ビリルビン：正常値上限の1.5倍以下（ジルベール症候群の場合は
3.0 mg/dL未満）
7) 本臨床研究への参加について、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られて
いる。

1) The patient has a histological diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
2) The planned operative procedure is a right thoracic approach subtotal esophagectomy and gastric tube reconstruction.
3) The patient is at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
4) Gender is not relevant.
5) PS is 0 or 1 according to ECOG criteria.
6) Latest laboratory values within 28 days prior to enrolment are all below.
Neutrophil count > 1,500/mm3
Platelet count > 7.5 x 104 /mm3
Hemoglobin > 9.0 g/dL
Creatinine: < 1.5 times upper limit of normal
AST/ALT: < 3 times upper limit of normal
Total bilirubin: normal Less than 1.5 times the upper limit (for Gilbert's syndrome:
Less than 3.0 mg/dL)
7)The patient's free written consent to participate in this clinical study has been obtained.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) ヨードあるいはインドシアニングリーンにアレルギーを有する。
2) 活動性の全身性感染症を有する。
3) 全身性の副腎皮質ステロイド（10 mg/日を超えるプレドニン相当量：吸入・局所ステロイドの投与、ホルモン補充療法は許容）又はその他の免疫抑制剤の治療が必要である。
4) 2期分割手術を予定している。
5) 避妊する意思のない患者および妊婦および授乳婦である。
6) 治療を要する認知症、精神疾患などにより、本人から同意取得が困難である。
7) その他、本臨床研究の担当者が不適当と判断した患者である。

1) Has an allergy to iodine or indocyanine green.
2) Have active systemic infections.
3) Requires treatment with systemic corticosteroids (prednisone equivalent >10 mg/day: inhaled and topical steroids and hormone replacement therapy are acceptable) or other immunosuppressive agents.
4) Planned two-stage surgery.
5) The patient is unwilling to use contraception and is pregnant or lactating.
6) Patients with dementia or psychiatric disorders requiring treatment that make it difficult to obtain their consent.
7) Other patients who are deemed inappropriate by the person in charge of this clinical research.
