日本語
鈍的胸部大動脈損傷 (AAST grade I, II, III)の患者に対し、早期外科的治療が保存的治療・待機的手術と比較して、死亡率、対麻痺、Endoleak / Migrationなど合併症発生、出血量、ICU滞在期間などのアウトカムに与える影響を明らかにすることを目的とする。

The purpose of this systematic review is to clarify the effect of early surgical intervention on outcomes such as mortality, paraplegia, endoleak/migration, and other complications, blood loss, and length of ICU stay in patients with blunt thoracic aortic injury (AAST grade I, II, III) compared with conservative treatment or elective surgery.
