本研究の目的は、当院での膀胱がんに対するTURBT症例を後ろ向きに検討し、TURBTの治療成績、合併症、及び病理学的診断について検討することである。

TURBTは膀胱がんの外科的治療として必須であるとともに、がんの病期や悪性度を診断する役割を果たす。実臨床に近いTURBTの臨床データを得ることで、より安全で的確な膀胱がん診療につながることが期待される。

TURBT is an essential surgical treatment for bladder cancer and plays a role in diagnosing the stage and grade of cancer. It is expected that obtaining clinical data of TURBT close to actual clinical practice will lead to safer and more accurate bladder cancer treatment.
