選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1.全身麻酔科で行われる分離肺換気を要する呼吸器外科症例
2.術中血圧モニタリングとして観血的動脈圧を使用する症例

英語
1.Patients undergoing thoracic surgery requiring one-lung ventilation under general anesthesia.
2.Patients undergoing invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.緊急手術症例
2.基準平均血圧が70 mmHgを下回る症例
3.腎機能低下症例（術前eGFR<30 ml/min/1.73m2）
4.大動脈瘤合併症例など制御された低血圧管理を必要とする症例
5.その他担当麻酔科医が不適切と判断した症例
6.その他担当呼吸器外科医が不適切と判断した症例

1.Patients undergoing emergency surgery.
2.Patients whose baseline mean arterial pressure is below 70 mmHg.
3.Patients with impaired renal function (preoperative estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] < 30 mL/min/1.73 m2).
4.Patients requiring controlled hypotension, such as those with concomitant aortic aneurysm.
5.Patients judged inappropriate by the attending anesthesiologist for any other reason.
6.Patients judged inappropriate by the attending thoracic surgeon for any other reason.
