３日間のペアリングトレーニングを行う

NaCl,グルタミン酸Na、イノシン酸Na、グアニル酸Naを用いて味覚想起トレーニングを３日間実施する

Three days of taste pairing training will be conducted.
2 Umami taste
Three days of taste recall training will be conducted using NaCl, monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, and disodium guanylate.

３日間のペアリングトレーニングを行わずに、1日目と４日目の味覚認知閾値のみ計測する。
(2)うま味
うま味の味覚想起トレーニングを行わずに、1日目と４日目のうま味味覚認知閾値のみ計測する。

Taste recognition thresholds will be measured only on Day 1 and Day 4, without conducting the three-day pairing training.
2. Umami
Umami taste recognition thresholds will be measured only on Day 1 and Day 4, without conducting the umami taste recall training.

（１）20～64歳の健常な成人男女
（２）味覚障害の既往がなく、現に味覚に異常があると医師に診断されていない
（３）研究参加について本人の文書による同意が得られた方

1.Healthy adult men and women aged 20 to 64
2.No history of taste disorders and not currently diagnosed with any taste abnormality by a physician
3.Individuals who have provided written informed consent to participate in the study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

（１） 医師が研究参加に対して不適切と判断した方
（２） 本研究への参加を拒否した方
（３） スクロース、塩化ナトリウム化、L(+)-酒石酸、塩酸キニーネ、グルタミン酸ナトリウム、イノシン酸ナトリウム、グアニル酸ナトリウムにおけるアレルギーがある方
（４） 喫煙者

1.Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation in the study by a physician
2.Individuals who declined to participate in the study
3.Individuals with allergies to sucrose, sodium chloride, L(+)-tartaric acid, quinine hydrochloride, monosodium glutamate (MSG), disodium inosinate (IMP), or disodium guanylate (GMP)
4.Smokers
