２日間にわたって研究対象者全員に統一の食事を摂取させた上で、ゆでたほうれん草を使って作製した試験食を摂取させる。

All participants were provided with standardized meals for two consecutive days prior to the intake of the test meal prepared using boiled spinach.

２日間にわたって研究対象者全員に統一の食事を摂取させた上で、ゆでたのち冷凍処理を行ったほうれん草を使って作製した試験食を摂取させる。

1)18歳以上の健康な成人男女
2)学生は学研災 (学生教育研究災害傷害保険　JEES) に加入している者（農学研究科の規定）

英語
1)Healthy male and female adults aged 18 years or older.

2)Students who are enrolled in the Gakkensai (Japan Educational Exchanges and Services: JEES) insurance program, as required by the Graduate School of Agriculture.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)妊娠・授乳中の女性

2)検査食に表示された特定原材料等28品目にアレルギーを持つ者

3)喫煙者

4)過去１か月間にカロテノイドに関する服薬をした者

1)Pregnant or lactating women

2)Individuals with allergies to any of the 28 specified ingredients listed on the test food label

3)Smokers

4)Individuals who have taken carotenoid-related supplements or medications within the past month
