本研究は4週間に亘る大豆肉食の反復摂取が血糖・脂質動態、食欲および消化吸収時間へ及ぼす影響を解明することを目的とする。

The aim of this study is to elucidate the effects of repeated consumption of soy-based meat over a four-week period on glucose and lipid metabolism, appetite regulation, and gastrointestinal transit time.

評価/Assessment

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
摂取前、摂取4週後における体重、血液指標（中性脂肪、HDLコレステロール、LDLコレステロール、総コレステロール、遊離コレステロール、血糖値、インスリン、グリコアルブミン、遊離脂肪酸、AST、ALT、γ-GTP、レプチン、高感度CRP、IL-6）、耐糖能、消化吸収時間、食欲（試験食摂取後0から120分）

英語
Body weight and triglycerides, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, total cholesterol, free cholesterol, blood glucose, insulin, glycoalbumin, free fatty acids, AST, ALT, gamma GTP, leptin, highsensitivity CRP, and IL6 will be assessed before and after the 4 week intervention. Additional outcomes include glucose tolerance, gastrointestinal transit time, and appetite assessed at 0 to 120 minutes following test meal consumption.
