5人程度からなるグループ会話を行う。セッション前に参加者はスマートフォンまたはタブレットで決められたテーマに沿った写真を撮り、アプリケーションにアップロードする。参加者は自身が撮影した写真について説明をしたり、質疑応答を行う。セッション後、参加者は他の参加者の会話を振り返る作業をする。
その他、認知機能を維持するために必要な知識を学ぶ学習会、会話への積極的な参加を促すためのアイスブレイクなども行う。全て合わせて1回約90~120分間、1ヶ月に1度行う予定である。

A group conversation consisting of about 5 people is conducted. Before the session, participants are asked to take photos of a given theme with their smartphones or tablets and upload them to the application. Participants talk about their photos and participate in a question-and-answer session. After the session, participants review the conversations of other participants.
The program also includes study sessions to learn about the knowledge needed to maintain cognitive function and icebreakers to encourage active participation in conversations. All of these sessions will be held once a month for approximately 90-120 minutes.
