患者群
（１）福岡歯科大学医科歯科総合病院口腔外科を受診し、エナメル上皮腫と診断された患者（手術後および手術予定患者）
（２）本研究計画について十分に理解し、本人もしくは家族（保護者および未成年後見人）による同意が可能な患者
（３）同意取得時における年齢が満16歳以上の患者
対照群
（１）歯科治療希望を主訴に福岡歯科大学医科歯科総合病院歯科外来を受診し、エナメル上皮腫を含む全身疾患の既往がないと診断された患者
（２）本研究計画について十分に理解し、本人もしくは家族による同意が可能な患者

Patient group
(1) Patients who have been diagnosed with enamel epithelioma (postoperative and scheduled surgery patients) in Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Fukuoka Dental College Hospital.
(2) Patients who fully understand this research plan and can give informed consent by themselves or their family (parents and guardians of minors).
(3) Age 16 years or older at the time of obtaining informed consent.
Control group
(1) Patients who visit the outpatient dental clinic of Fukuoka Dental College Hospital with the main complaint of seeking dental treatment and are diagnosed as having no history of systemic diseases including ameloblastoma.
(2) Patients who fully understand this research plan and can give informed consent by themselves or their family members.

（２）口腔癌を含む悪性腫瘍の治療中および既往のある患者
（３）その他研究者が研究対象者として適切でないと判断した患者
（４）研究途中で同意の撤回があった場合
対照群
（１）同意取得できなかった患者
（２）口腔癌を含む悪性腫瘍の治療中および既往のある患者
（３）その他研究者が研究対象者として適切でないと判断した患者
（４）研究途中で同意の撤回があった場合

(1) Patients who could not obtain consent.
(2) Patients who are under treatment for or have a history of malignancy including oral cancer.
(3) Other patients whom the investigator judges to be inappropriate as research subjects.
(4) When consent is withdrawn during the study.
Control group
(1) Patients who could not obtain consent.
(2) Patients who are under treatment for or have a history of malignancy including oral cancer.
(3) Other patients whom the investigator judged to be inappropriate as research subjects.
(4) In case of withdrawal of consent during the course of the study.
