目的/Objectives

日本語
周術期アナフィラキシーや脱感作療法等薬疹患者の皮膚、粘膜、または末梢血から白血球を分離、培養し、薬剤や金属、花粉・食物抗原等に対する特異的な反応を解析し、顆粒球を中心とした蛋白・遺伝子レベルでの解析や、原因抗原 (原因薬) 解析を施行する。

We aim to isolate and culture leukocytes from the skin, mucosa, or peripheral blood of patients with perioperative anaphylaxis, drug eruptions, or those undergoing desensitization therapy, in order to analyze their specific responses to drugs, metals, pollen, food antigens, and other allergens. We will conduct protein- and gene-level analyses focusing primarily on granulocytes, as well as perform identification of causative antigens (causative drugs).

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

患者の臨床症状、診療情報、BAT、DLST、皮膚アレルギー検査結果と、血球・皮膚在住細胞のmRNAなどの関係について検討する。

We will investigate the relationships between patients' clinical symptoms, medical information, results of BAT, DLST, and skin allergy tests, and molecular findings such as mRNA expression in blood cells and skin-resident cells.

アナフィラキシーの様々な診断基準（WAO基準やBrighton基準、composite scoreなど）の診断特異性を検討する。
