日本語
研究責任者は、以前よりアスリート（中高生のジュニアアスリートを含む）に対して、栄養サポートを行ってきた。その中で、選手の食生活が適切でないためにコンデションを落とし、パフォーマンス低下や怪我に繋がるケースが多く見受けられた。日々の食生活が改善されることで、練習の質の向上や怪我や病気の予防ができることを広く一般的に知ってもらうことが喫緊の課題であると考える。
そこで、選手の食生活状況をアンケート法により調査し、アンケート結果から見えてきた問題点をテーマとして選手に栄養指導を実施する。指導により、選手たちの食行動に変化が見られたかは、再度アンケート調査を実施することで確認する。

The research director has previously provided nutritional support to athletes (including junior athletes in middle and high schools). In the process, he has observed many cases where athletes' condition has deteriorated due to an inappropriate diet, leading to poor performance and injury. He believes that an urgent task is to make the general public aware that improving daily eating habits can improve the quality of practice and prevent injury and illness.
He will therefore use a questionnaire to investigate the dietary status of athletes, and provide nutritional guidance to athletes based on the problems identified from the questionnaire results. He will then conduct another questionnaire survey to confirm whether the guidance has resulted in any changes in the athletes' eating behavior.
