女子高校生の月経異常と痩せについての現状を把握し、その後の栄養教育が行動変容に与える影響を評価することを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to determine the current status of menstrual abnormalities and thinness among female high school students and to assess the impact of subsequent nutrition education on behavior change.

女子高校生の月経状態および月経前症候群に関する知識を把握する。加えて、やせ願望や体型認知を把握する。その後、栄養・健康教育を行い、やせ願望や体型認知の歪みの変化を評価することを目的とする。

To ascertain high school girls' knowledge of menstrual status and premenstrual syndrome. In addition, the desire to be thin and body shape perception will be determined. Then, nutrition and health education will be provided, with the aim of assessing changes in thinness desire and body shape perception distortions.
