本研究は、腰痛または腰痛既往者に対する448kHz温熱刺激が自律神経応答に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを目的とする。

自律神経評価は、上記3種類の介入中に胸部に小型心拍計My Beat（Union社製）を装着して、介入中に得られた心拍変動をRRI Analyzer（Union社製）で周波数解析を行い、Low Frequency/High Frequency（LF/HF:交感神経）とHigh Frequency（HF:副交感神経）の経時的変化を記録する。

For the autonomic nervous system evaluation, a small heart rate monitor My Beat was attached to the chest during the above three interventions, and the heart rate variability obtained during the interventions was analyzed by RRI Analyzer to determine the Low Frequency/High Frequency and High Frequency changes over time are recorded.

448kHz温熱刺激、ホットパック（酒井医療社製）（初期設定温度80℃）、偽温熱刺激（コントロール）の3種類とする。448kHz温熱刺激の照射範囲は、脊椎に併走し、ストレス応答に関与する交感神経節が多く存在する第4胸椎棘突起から第12胸椎棘突起の両側5センチまで、照射時間は15分間とする。照射強度（ワット）はインディバ社が推奨する安全手順に従って被験者が熱感を自己申告する11点のアナログスケール（0は熱感なし、10は最悪の熱感）を用いて、5～7のスコアで調整する。ホットパック使用時は、皮膚に直接あてるのではなく、メーカー説明書に従い、タオル等を使用して間接的に加温して熱傷等の皮膚損傷を防ぐ。また、ホットパックおよび偽温熱刺激の介入範囲および時間も同様とする。

The irradiation range for 448 kHz thermal stimulation was from the fourth thoracic spinous process to 5 cm on either side of the twelfth thoracic spinous process, where many sympathetic ganglia that run parallel to the spine and are involved in stress responses are located. The irradiation duration is 15 minutes. The irradiation intensity is adjusted on a score of 5 to 7 using an 11-point analog scale on which subjects self-report heat sensation according to the safety procedures recommended by Indaba.

現在、腰痛を有するもの、または過去6か月未満に腰痛既往を有するスポーツ愛好者

Sports enthusiasts who currently have low back pain or have a history of low back pain in the past 6 months or less.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
6か月以上前に腰痛と診断された者、脊椎の手術歴がある者、脳血管疾患の既往を有する者、表在感覚障害を有する者、自律神経失調症等の既往歴があるもの、心療内科に受診歴がある者。高血圧・低血圧症に該当する者。特異的な心疾患、または心疾患が疑われる者、その他、医師により研究参加が困難と判断された者

Those who have been diagnosed with back pain more than 6 months ago, those with a history of spinal surgery, those with a history of cerebrovascular disease, those with superficial sensory disturbance, those with a history of autonomic imbalance, etc., and those with a history of psychosomatic medicine visits. Those with hypertension or hypotension. Those with specific or suspected cardiac disease, or those otherwise judged by a physician to have difficulty participating in the study.
