潰瘍性大腸炎と診断され、15歳以上である

2027年3月31日までに大腸切除術（S状結腸または直腸を含む）を受ける予定がある

術前に超音波エラストグラフィー検査が可能な者

Scheduled to undergo colorectal resection including sigmoid colon or rectum by March 31, 2027

Able to undergo preoperative ultrasound elastography

本研究は、潰瘍性大腸炎患者における大腸線維化を、超音波エラストグラフィーにより非侵襲的に評価することを目的とした前向き単群観察研究である。大腸切除術を受けるUC患者を対象に、術前および術後の標本に対してエラストグラフィーを実施し、病理組織による線維化の程度と比較検討する。さらに、術前の臨床症状（便意切迫など）や超音波所見との関連も評価する。症例数は30例を目標とする。

This is a prospective single-arm observational study aiming to evaluate the utility of ultrasound elastography for the non-invasive assessment of colonic fibrosis in patients with ulcerative colitis. Patients scheduled to undergo colorectal resection will be assessed using elastography before surgery and on the surgical specimen, and the findings will be compared with histological fibrosis grades. The study also investigates correlations between elastography findings and clinical symptoms such as urgency. A total of 30 patients are planned for inclusion.
