潰瘍性大腸炎と診断された患者
治療開始または変更予定、または経過観察中で内視鏡検査および腸管エコーの実施予定がある者
年齢15歳以上の患者（施設により未成年を含む）

Patients diagnosed with ulcerative colitis
Patients who are scheduled to initiate or modify therapy, or are under observation and will undergo endoscopy and intestinal ultrasound
Patients aged 15 years or older (including minors in some institutions)

本研究は、潰瘍性大腸炎における直腸炎症を評価するための新規経会陰的超音波スコアの開発と検証を目的とした、後ろ向きおよび前向きの観察研究である。後ろ向き登録横断研究では、保存された大腸内視鏡画像と経会陰的超音波画像を用いて、内視鏡スコア（UCEIS）との相関を評価しスコアを開発する。前向き観察研究では、治療導入後の0週、2週、24週における超音波パラメータの変化と治療効果との関連を検討する。特に、AIを用いた内視鏡スコア（UCEGS）との関連性も評価対象とする。

This study is a retrospective and prospective observational study aiming to develop and validate a novel transperineal ultrasound (TPUS) scoring system for assessing rectal inflammation in patients with ulcerative colitis. The retrospective phase uses stored endoscopic and TPUS data to establish correlations with the Ulcerative Colitis Endoscopic Index of Severity (UCEIS). The prospective phase evaluates changes in TPUS parameters at weeks 0, 2, and 24 in relation to treatment outcomes. The study also investigates the correlation between TPUS findings and an artificial intelligence-based endoscopic grading system (UCEGS).
