目的/Objectives

日本語
眼科手術では、通常、感染予防のために手術前にヨード製剤を使用し、眼瞼周囲の皮膚およ
び眼表面の消毒を行う。しかし、ヨード製剤は強い殺菌作用を持つ一方で、粘膜毒性があり、
術後に角膜障害を引き起こすことが報告されている。
一方、オゾン水は、ヨード製剤よりも強い殺菌作用を持ちつつ、細胞毒性がないことが知ら
れており、ヨードの代替消毒剤として使用されはじめている。しかし、オゾン水は半減期が約
20分と短く、作り置きができないという課題がある。
このような課題を解決するため、近年、長期保存が可能なオゾン水としてオゾンナノバブル
水が開発され、歯科領域ではすでに臨床応用されている。本研究では、オゾンナノバブル水を
用いて眼瞼周囲および眼表面の消毒を行い、その殺菌効果および安全性を検討する。

In ophthalmic surgery, iodine preparations are usually used before surgery to prevent infection, and are used to disinfect the skin around the eyelids and the surface of the eye. However, while iodine preparations have a strong sterilizing effect, they are also known to be toxic to mucous membranes, and it has been reported that they can cause corneal damage after surgery. On the other hand, it is known that ozone water has a stronger sterilizing effect than iodine preparations, but does not have any cytotoxicity, and is beginning to be used as an alternative disinfectant to iodine. However, ozone water has a short half-life of about 20 minutes, and there is the issue that it cannot be made in advance. In order to solve this issue, ozone nano bubble water has been developed in recent years as ozone water that can be stored for long periods of time, and it is already being used in clinical applications in the dental field. In this study, we will disinfect the eyelid area and the surface of the eye using ozone nano bubble water, and examine its sterilizing effect and safety.

実験群（右眼）
眼瞼周囲の皮膚をオゾンナノバブル水で消毒する。２分後にオキシブプロカイン塩酸塩を点眼し、眼表面の麻酔を行った後、開瞼器を用いて開瞼する。続いて、150mLのオゾンナノバブル水で眼表面を消毒する。

Experimental group (right eye)
The skin around the eyelid is disinfected with ozone nanobubble water. After 2 minutes, oxybutocaine hydrochloride is instilled to anesthetize the surface of the eye, and then the eyelid is opened using an eyelid retractor. The surface of the eye is then disinfected with 150 mL of ozone nanobubble water.

眼瞼周囲の皮膚をポビドンヨード原液で消毒する。２分後にオキシブプロカイン塩酸塩を点眼し、眼表面の麻酔を行った後、開瞼器を用いて開瞼する。続いて、150mLの40倍希釈のポピドンヨードで眼表面を消毒する。

Control group (left eye)
The skin around the eyelid is disinfected with povidone-iodine solution. After 2 minutes, oxybutocaine hydrochloride is instilled to anesthetize the surface of the eye, and the eyelid is then opened using an eyelid retractor. The surface of the eye is then disinfected with 150 mL of 40-fold diluted povidone-iodine.

2024年4月1日～2029年3月3１日で、きくな湯田眼科または日本大学医学部附属板橋病院、横浜南共済病院でインフォームドコンセントが取得された健常者

From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2029, healthy individuals who have obtained informed consent at Kikuna Yuda Eye Clinic, Nihon University School of Medicine Itabashi Hospital, or Yokohama Minami Kyosai Hospital.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

眼疾患を有するもの、ドライアイを有するもの、妊婦、授乳中の女性、ヨードアレルギーを有するもの、薬剤アレルギーを有するもの
