日本語
20世紀においては、自動車の保有台数が糖尿病患者の増加と比例することが知られている。運動量が減少することにより糖尿病と肥満増加に少なからず関与している。
本臨床研究では、2型糖脳病患者、肥満患者に対して西明石から三宮駅まで6ヵ月定期を配布することにより運動量増加が健康増進に寄与するかを検討する。

In the 20th century, it is known that the number of cars owned is proportional to the increase in the number of diabetic patients. The decrease in exercise is involved in increased diabetes and obesity.
This clinical study will examine whether increasing exercise will contribute to health promotion by distributing a six-month period from Nishi-Akashi to Sannomiya Station for patients with type 2 diabetes and obese patients.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

ふくやま・すこやかクリニックあるいはふくやま病院通院中の2型糖尿病あるいは肥満患者である。３ヶ月毎に下記項目を測定する。
１． 身長　体重
２． 1日歩数
３． 血圧
４． 血糖　HbA1c（糖尿病以外の患者は6か月後）

Type 2 diabetes or obese patients who are visiting Fukuyama Healthy Clinic or Fukuyama Hospital. The following items are measured every three months.
1. Height: Weight
2. Steps per day
3. Blood pressure
4. Blood glucose: HbA1c (6 months later for non-diabetic patients)

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

　外来治療中の糖尿病患者で、HbA1c　9％未満、非ケトシース
２．肥満患者群
　BMI25以上　非糖尿病
３．非糖尿病非肥満群
　BMI25未満　非糖尿病
