2週間の臥位で行う身体チューニングの実施による立位運動能力の向上。

Evaluation of improvements in standing physical performance following two weeks of supine exercises

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

日本語
身長、体重、GHQ28精神健康調査、運動経験、握力、長座体前屈、上体起こし、立ち幅跳び、反復横跳び、50m走、静的・動的立位バランス（Gセンサー計測、重心動揺計, スパイナルマウス）、皮膚弾力性(キュートメーター)、肺機能（スパイロメーター）

height, weight, GHQ-28 mental health questionnaire, exercise experience, grip strength, sitting trunk flexion, sit-ups, standing long jump, side-step, 50-m run, static and dynamic balance of upright standing (G-sensor, stabilometer, spinal mouse), elasticity (cutometer), respiratory function (spirometer)
