勤労者を対象に、筋肉量を増やすための食事指導、運動指導、またはその両方を実施し、介入前後での食事内容や運動習慣、筋肉量の変化について調査を実施し、筋肉量増加のためのより良い方法を探索する。

To conduct a survey on changes in diet, exercise habits and muscle mass before and after the intervention in working people to explore better ways to increase muscle mass by providing dietary guidance, exercise guidance or both to increase muscle mass.

スマートフォンを所有し、アプリ取得可能な方
歩数計を常時携帯できる方

Able to continuously participate in the study for one year
Own a smartphone and able to acquire the application
Able to carry a pedometer at all times

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
