日本語
顔面骨骨折に起因する口腔内・鼻腔内出血に対して、パッキングやバルーンによるタンポンを施しても止血できずに遷延する出血性ショックとなった症例において、骨折部位の観血的整復固定術と、IVRによる動脈塞栓術（TAE）または外頸動脈結紮術のいずれがより有効であるかを、文献レビューを通じて評価することを目的とする。

This study aims to evaluate, through a systematic review of the literature, whether open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) or transarterial embolization (TAE) via interventional radiology and/or external carotid artery ligation is more effective in managing persistent hemorrhagic shock due to oral or nasal bleeding caused by facial bone fractures, despite initial tamponade using packing or balloon techniques.

本研究は、顔面骨折に起因する口腔・鼻腔内出血に対して初期止血（パッキングやバルーンタンポン）で制御不能となった出血性ショック症例を対象に、観血的整復固定術とIVRによるTAEまたは外頸動脈結紮術の有効性を比較した文献を対象としたシステマティックレビューです。
UMINの登録項目は臨床介入研究向けに設計されているため、一部の項目（介入の有無、群数、試験デザイン等）は便宜的に選択しています。

This study is a systematic review assessing the effectiveness of open reduction and internal fixation versus transarterial embolization (via interventional radiology) or external carotid artery ligation in patients with hemorrhagic shock due to facial fractures, unresponsive to initial tamponade using packing or balloon techniques.
As this is a literature-based systematic review rather than a clinical trial, several items in the UMIN form (e.g., intervention status, number of groups, study design) have been selected for administrative purposes only.
