日本語
重症中顔面骨骨折（Le Fort IIおよびIII型、下顎骨粉砕骨折、Wish型骨折）患者に対し、早期気道確保が非介入・経過観察と比較して、死亡率や窒息、肺炎、ICU滞在期間などのアウトカムに与える影響を明らかにすることを目的とする。

This systematic review aims to evaluate whether early airway management in patients with severe midfacial fractures improves clinical outcomes such as mortality, airway obstruction, pneumonia, ICU stay, and hospitalization compared to no intervention or observation.

本研究は、重症中顔面骨骨折に対する早期気道確保の有効性を評価するシステマティックレビューです。
本研究では、臨床試験ではなく既存の文献を対象としており、UMIN登録項目の一部（介入の有無、群数、試験デザイン等）は、登録の都合上形式的に入力しています。
対象文献において比較されている2群（早期気道確保 vs 非介入・経過観察）をもとに、主要アウトカム（気道緊急、短期死亡、窒息、肺炎など）を評価します。

This study is a systematic review evaluating the effectiveness of early airway management in patients with severe midfacial fractures.
As this is not a clinical trial, certain fields in the UMIN form (e.g., intervention, number of groups, trial design) are completed for administrative purposes only.
