②単体妊娠
③母体・胎児がともに正常な経過
④経腟分娩予定
⑤文書で同意が得られている

Prenatal check-ups after 30 weeks:

Multiparous women

Singleton pregnancy

Both the mother and fetus are progressing normally

Planned vaginal delivery

Written informed consent has been obtained

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
妊娠30週時点での除外基準
①母体が以下に示す感染症に罹患している者：麻疹，風疹，水痘，B型肝炎，C型肝炎，HIV，HTLV-1，梅毒，ヘルペス，クラミジア
②子宮，付属器，腟，外陰，骨盤部に異常がある者
③子宮手術（帝王切開術を含む）の既往がある者
④妊娠高血圧症候群・耐糖能異常・心疾患・呼吸器疾患・腎疾患・甲状腺疾患・精神疾患を有する者
⑤胎児の先天性異常を指摘されている者
⑥胎児の推定体重が在胎週数に対して±1.5SDから逸脱している者
⑦妊娠中に会陰裂傷予防のための温罨法や会陰マッサージを実施した者
⑧研究者・助産師・医師の判断により研究対象者として不適当と判断された者

分娩開始時点での除外基準
①妊娠37週0日から41週6日（正期産）の分娩開始でない者
②経腟分娩を行えない者
③妊娠30週以降に会陰裂傷予防のための温罨法や会陰マッサージを実施した者
④妊娠後期のHb値が10.0g/dL未満の者
⑤妊娠高血圧症候群・耐糖能異常・生殖器疾患・心疾患・呼吸器疾患・腎疾患・甲状腺疾患・精神疾患が出現した者
⑥妊娠経過に異常があり母体搬送，又は緊急入院となった者
⑦研究対象者である助産師が，分娩介助を行えないことが明らかな者

分娩開始後から児娩出までの除外基準
①研究対象者である助産師が，分娩介助を実施できない者
②陣痛誘発・促進分娩である者
③無痛分娩である者
④器械分娩（吸引分娩・鉗子分娩）である者
⑤前期破水して24時間以上経過している者
⑥分娩所要時間が15時間以上経過している者
⑦胎児心拍数波形レベル分類で１・２以外の場合（胎児心拍数で遷延徐脈や高度徐脈などの異常波形が出現した場合）
⑧胎位異常，胎勢異常がある者

Exclusion criteria at thirty weeks of pregnancy:

Mothers infected with the following infectious diseases.

Abnormalities in the uterus, appendages, vagina, external genitalia, or pelvic region.

History of uterine surgery.

Presence of pregnancy-induced hypertension, glucose intolerance, heart disease, respiratory disease, kidney disease, thyroid disease, or mental illness.

Diagnosis of fetal congenital abnormalities.

Mothers whose estimated fetal weight deviates from the expected weight for gestational age.

Mothers who have received perineal warming or perineal massage for prevention of perineal lacerations after thirty weeks of pregnancy.

Individuals deemed unsuitable as research subjects based on the judgment of the researcher, midwife, or physician.
