18歳以上の健常な地域在住成人を対象に身体活動と身体組成や身体機能と、腸内環境・食習慣・フレイルに関する調査を行い、それらの変数間の相関関係を明らかにすることを目的とする

本研究への参加を希望する男女であり、年齢は18 歳以上とする。年齢の上限は定めない。

The participants must be men and women who are willing to participate in this study and must be at least 18 years of age. There is no upper age limit.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
認知症と診断され、本人同意の取得ができない者
一人で尿採取ができない者
試料（二重標識水・臭化ナトリウム）を適切に採取できない者
発熱など体調不良の者
測定期間中、歩数の記録ができない者
通常食べている食事内容を記憶していない者
心臓ペースメーカーを装着している者

下記のものについては、臭化ナトリウム投与が禁忌であるため、研究から除外する。
臭化ナトリウム又は臭素化合物に対して過敏症の既往歴のある者。
腎機能障害のある者
脱水症、全身衰弱のある者
器質的脳障害、うつ病の者
緑内障の者
低塩性食事を摂取している者

Persons diagnosed with dementia and unable to obtain their consent
Persons who are unable to collect urine alone
Persons who are unable to collect samples (double-labeled water and sodium bromide) properly
Persons who are in poor physical condition such as fever
Persons who are unable to record the number of steps taken during the measurement period
Persons who cannot remember what they usually eat
Persons who are wearing a cardiac pacemaker

The following are excluded from the study because sodium bromide administration is contraindicated
Persons with a history of hypersensitivity to sodium bromide or bromine compounds.
Persons with renal dysfunction.
Persons with dehydration or general weakness.
Persons with organic brain damage or depression
Persons with glaucoma
Persons consuming a low-sodium diet
