目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
全身麻酔中の昇圧薬は、前負荷増大と後負荷増大の両者の特徴をもち、昇圧薬投与後の心拍出量（1回拍出量）は増加、減少の両者の反応が見られる。心拍出量減少は望ましくないため、事前に予想できるツールが求められる。本研究では、全身麻酔中に平均血圧が65ｍｍＨｇ未満となった場合に、昇圧薬（フェニレフリンの単回投与後にノルアドレナリンの持続投与）を行い、昇圧薬投与前のEadynが、昇圧薬による心拍出量の増減を予想するかを検証する。

During general anesthesia, vasopressors exhibit both preload- and afterload-increasing effects. Following vasopressor administration, stroke volume (and thus cardiac output) may either increase or decrease. The study aims to investigate whether Eadyn can predict the direction of change in cardiac output induced by vasopressor use.

持続昇圧薬（ノルアドレナリン0.05mcg/kg/minを想定。最大0.1mcg/kg/min）投与前と開始10分後の1回拍出量の変化

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

〇持続昇圧薬（ノルアドレナリン0.05mcg/kg/minを想定）投与前と開始10分後の心拍出量の変化
〇単回投与（フェニレフリン0.1㎎）投与前と投与後2分後の1回拍出量及び心拍出量の変化（複数回投与した場合は、初回投与のフェニレフリンのみ評価）
〇持続昇圧薬の効果判定（平均動脈圧65mmHg以上を達成できるか否か、平均動脈圧10％以上増加するか否か）
