本研究では健常成人の母指球筋に振動刺激を加えることで固有受容感覚の錯覚を選択的に誘発し，ピンチ力調節への影響を検証する

In this study, we selectively induce the illusion of proprioceptive sensation by applying vibratory stimulation to the thumb ball muscles of healthy adults, and examine the effect on pinch force regulation.

ピンチ力調節において，固有受容感覚が直接的に関与する根拠を提示することができる重要な知見となる．さらに，母指IP関節屈曲位・伸展位で比較し，FPLの活動による代償性をみることで手根管症候群と母指CM関節症の合併率が多いことに対する1つの仮説を立案する.

This is an important finding that provides evidence for the direct involvement of proprioceptive sensation in pinch force regulation.In addition, by comparing the compensatory effect of FPL activity in the flexed and extended positions of the thumb IP joint, a hypothesis is proposed for the high complication rate of carpal tunnel syndrome and thumb CM arthropathy.
