全身麻酔手術を受ける患者に対して、AsisTIVAによる麻酔薬投与の自動制御を用いることで、麻酔科医の作業負荷が変化するかどうか調査することを目的とする

麻酔薬の投与量、循環作動薬の投与量、患者のバイタルサイン、術後鎮痛薬の投与量、輸液量、麻酔中のBIS値40－60を維持できた時間の割合、麻酔時間、覚醒までの時間、麻酔科医の主観的評価、麻酔科医の心拍数、退室時の患者状態

Total dose of anesthetic agents,total dose of vasoactive agents, patient vital signs, total dose of postoperative analgesics, total volume of intravenous fluids administered, percentage of time with BIS values maintained between 40 and 60 during anesthesia, duration of anesthesia, time to emergence from anesthesia, subjective evaluation by the anesthesiologist, heart rate of the anesthesiologist, patient condition at discharge from the operating room

徳島大学病院で全身麻酔が予定されたASA(American Society of Anesthesia)PS(Physical Status)1-2の20歳以上80歳以下の成人患者

Adult patients between 20 and 80 years old with ASA (American Society of Anesthesia) PS (Physical Status) 1-2 scheduled for general anesthesia at Tokushima University Hospital.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
American Society of Anesthesiologists の Physical StatusがクラスⅢ，IV, Vの重症患者、心臓手術や脳神経外科手術を受ける患者、被験者の同意の得られない患者、妊婦

ASA PS3 or higher cases
patients undergoing cardiac or neurosurgical procedures
patients who are unable to provide informed consent
pregnant women
