母子保健に口腔衛生を統合する新たな継続ケア介入をバングラデシュで実施し、母子保健指標と口腔衛生を改善する効果をランダム化比較試験により検証する。

1) 研究実施地である病院で産前健診を受診する妊婦
2) 同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上かつ妊娠20週未満
3) 本研究の参加について、本人から文書による同意を得られた者

1) Pregnant women who receive antenatal checkups at the hospital selected as the study site
2) Pregnant women who are at least 18 years of age and less than 20 weeks pregnant at the time consent is obtained
3) Those who have provided written consent to participate in the study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 同意取得前の産前検診で、多胎妊娠が確認されている妊婦
2) 同意取得前の産前検診で、高血圧や糖尿病等、高リスク妊娠が指摘された妊婦
3) その他、感染症罹患や腹痛等の体調不良や、インタビューへの回答が困難な精神疾患を、研究責任者、分担研究者、または本研究に関する研修を受けた現地産婦人科医、助産師、歯科医が認め、不適当と判断した者

1) Pregnant women who have been diagnosed with a multiple pregnancy during antenatal checkups prior to obtaining consent.
2) Pregnant women who have been identified as having a high-risk pregnancy, such as hypertension or diabetes, during antenatal checkups prior to obtaining consent.
3) Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator, co-investigators, or local obstetricians, midwives, or dentists trained in this study, due to reasons such as infectious diseases, abdominal pain or other health conditions, or mental disorders that may hinder their ability to respond to interviews.
