日本語
国立精神・神経医療研究センター病院精神リハビリテーション部にて、ショートケアプログラムとして提供されている「こころケア」プログラムについて、参加者を対象として前向きに観察することにより、プログラムの中断率、満足度および参加者のリカバリープロセスの変化を調査することを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the discontinuation rate, satisfaction with the program, and changes in participants' recovery process by prospectively observing the "Kokoro Care" program, which is offered as a short-care program at the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Department of National Center Hospital, National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry.

調査対象期間内に「こころケア」プログラムに参加し、研究参加を判断する能力が安定的にある（同意能力のある）18歳以上の患者。

本研究は前向き観察研究である。対象者は国立研究開発法人国立精神・神経医療研究センター病院において「こころケア」プログラムを受講した18歳以上の患者のうち、文書にて同意を得た者とする。研究期間は倫理委員会より承認を得た2025年2月20日から2030年3月31日である。収集する情報は、通常の診療内で実施しているフラーリッシュ尺度、UCLA孤独感尺度、CGI-SおよびCGI-I、アンケート（満足度、主観的な重要度、自由記載）、中断率を、電子カルテより参加者の性別、年齢、診断名、重症度を収集する。さらに、事前アンケートを実施し婚姻歴、入院歴、同居家族、就労経験、過去の社会資源の利用歴、現在利用中の社会資源、過去3カ月の専門治療の実施歴についても情報収集する。

This is a prospective observational study.The subjects are patients aged 18 and over who have received the "Kokoro Care" program at the National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry Hospital and have given written consent.The research period is from February 20, 2025 to March 31, 2030, as approved by the ethics committee. Information to be collected will be the Flourish Scale, UCLA Loneliness Scale, CGI-S and CGI-I, questionnaires (satisfaction, subjective importance, and free writing), and discontinuation rate, which are administered within the usual practice, as well as participants' gender, age, diagnosis, and severity from electronic medical records. In addition, a preliminary questionnaire will be administered to collect information on marital history, hospitalization history, family members living with the patient, employment experience, past use of social resources, current use of social resources, and history of specialized treatment in the past 3 months.
