1. 症例対照研究。
2. 研究対象者の選定方法：2021年～2026年3月まで、当施設で診療を受けた先天性心疾患患者（10歳～24歳）およびそれとマッチする健常ボランティア
3. 評価項目
・握力などの筋力測定
・生体インピーダンス法による体組成分析
・質問紙法による活動量評価
・総合的なQOL評価
・糖代謝や脂質代謝、運動に関連する血液検査
・対象者基礎情報：年齢、性別、身長、体重
4. 募集方法
公募文書を作成し募集する。
また、疾患群については外来受診時に研究について説明し参加を募る。
疾患群参加者の口コミなどによりボランティアを公募する。

Measurement of muscle strength such as grip strength
Body composition analysis using bioimpedance method
Activity assessment by questionnaire method
Comprehensive QOL evaluation
Blood tests related to glucose and lipid metabolism and exercise
Basic information on subjects: age, gender, height, and weight. 4.
4. recruitment method
A public call document will be prepared and recruitment will be conducted.
For disease groups, the study will be explained at the time of outpatient consultation and participation will be solicited.
Volunteers will be recruited by word of mouth from disease group participants.
